Spicy Hoi-Sin Chicken Wings
Succulent chicken wings in a mild, sticky hoi-sin glaze.

- 4 or 6 chicken wings
- 1/2 jar Sharwoods Hoi Sin Sauce
- 1Tbsp Sharwoods Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 180oC (350oF) Gas Mark 4. Place the chicken wings on a piece of foil large enough to wrap into a sealed package. Mix together the hoi-sin and chilli sauce, pour over the chicken wings. Wrap the foil to form a sealed package, place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes. Open the foil, make sure the chicken wings are well coated with sauce, increase the oven heat to 200oC (400oF) Gas Mark 6 and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and caramelized. Cook in oven.
