Ingredients
- For the base:
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 350g (12oz) rump steak - thinly sliced
- 2 small green pepper - sliced
- 1 jar Sharwoods Black Bean
Method
- Heat wok, Add oil and then stir- fry beef rapidly for 2-3 minutes. Add the green pepper and continue stir frying for a further minute. Add sauce and heat through, gently coating the ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately.
