Ingredients

  • For the base:
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 350g (12oz) rump steak - thinly sliced
  • 2 small green pepper - sliced
  • 1 jar Sharwoods Black Bean

Method

  1. Heat wok, Add oil and then stir- fry beef rapidly for 2-3 minutes. Add the green pepper and continue stir frying for a further minute. Add sauce and heat through, gently coating the ingredients thoroughly. Serve immediately.
