Chocolate-banana bread

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp room temperature butter
- 350ml organic wheat flour
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp fairtrade cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Turn your oven to 190°C. In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth, addthe soft butter and then all the dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour thelump of dough into a greased loaf pan and with a wet spoon try tostretch it out so it’s even and covers the whole pan. Bake for about 35minutes. The loaf is small, so if you have more ripe bananas lyingaround, make the batch bigger by half, or even double.
