Spiced chocolate chip cookies
I came across this recipe when I was planning my Christmas party but I’ve been making these every few weeks since and modified the recipe to perfection. These cookies have proven especially useful when bribing friends and colleagues :)

Ingredients
- 300ml dark, sticky sugar (like Muscovado)
- 100ml plain sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 700ml wheat flour
- 250g coarsely chopped chocolate
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
