Ingredients
- • 2 eggs, separated
- • 25 g plain flour
- • a handful of fresh mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)
Method
- Beat Philadelphia and egg yolks together with an electric hand whisk. Stir in the flour and herbs. Beat together to combine.
- Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold through the cheese mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into 4 large greased ramekin dishes or small oven proof dishes, so they are 3 full.
