Ingredients

  • •    2 eggs, separated
  • •    25 g plain flour
  • •    a handful of fresh mixed herbs (thyme, oregano, basil)

Method

  1. Beat Philadelphia and egg yolks together with an electric hand whisk. Stir in the flour and herbs. Beat together to combine.
  2. Whisk egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold through the cheese mixture.
  3. Spoon the mixture into 4 large greased ramekin dishes or small oven proof dishes, so they are 3 full.
  4. Bake at 180°C, gas mark 5 for 20 ? 25 minutes until golden. Serve immediately. •    Balance your food choices so you and your family and friends can enjoy a serving of this indulgent recipe as an occasional treat.
