Ingredients
- • 100 g (31) Philadelphia Light
- • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned & chopped
- • Juice of 1 lime
- • freshly ground black pepper
- • 1 small granary baguette
- • a little salad
Method
- In a large bowl, mash all ingredients together with a fork, until blended.Spoon into a small serving dish and chill in the fridge.Serve with granary bread, a little salad and a wedge of lime. • To reduce the fat content a little try substituting the Light Philadelphia for Extra Light Philadelphia and leave out the avocado (or just use half of it)• Balance your food choices so you and your family and friends can enjoy a serving of this indulgent recipe as an occasional treat.
