Ingredients

  • For the Crust:
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 24 crushed Oreo cookies
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • For the Topping:
  • 18 Oreo cookies, chopped

Method

  1. Mix 24 Oreo cookies with butter, press onto bottom of 9-inch tin.
  2. Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved.
  3. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing with electric mixer.
  4. Gradually add gelatin mixture and milk, mixing until well blended.
  5. Chill until mixture is thickened but not set.
  6. Fold in whipped cream.
  7. Reserve 1 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture; pour remaning cream cheese mixture over crust.
  8. Top with cookies and reserved cream cheese mixture.
  9.  Chill until firm and Enjoy!!!
