Christmas Ham for Anyday
Ingredients
- 1kg piece of back bacon with fat on but no skin
- cloves
Method
- Boil the bacon for approx 1 hour 20 minutes
- Put bacon into ovenproof dish - snug fit
- Add the cider. Cut criss cross in the bacon fat
- Sprinkle the brown sugar over the fat. Stick cloves in a diamond pattern
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees
- Slice and eat with roast potatoes and veg. YUMMY!!!
