Spagetti Bolognese

All my family love this dinner.




Ingredients

  • 1kg mince meat
  • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
  • 2 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon of tomato paste
  • 2 beef stock cubes in 1 pint boiling water

Method

  1. Fry the mince in a little olive oil & put in a large saucepan
  2. Fry all veg together and add to the mince
  3. Add the tomatoes and beef stock bring to boil, turn to simmer and cook for 1 hour
  4. Serve with garlic bread and cooked spagetti
