Ingredients
- 500g sausages, (kearns sausages preferably)
- 500g onions, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 litre water
Method
- Put the bacon, the potatoes, the sausages and the onions into a saucepan.
- Season, and add the water.
- Lay greaseproof paper on top.
- Cover with a tight lid and simmer gently for 30 minutes
