Ingredients

  • 16oz soft cream cheese (Light Philadelphia)
  • 4 Tbls Milk
  • 4 Tbls onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 tins crab meat
  • 1 tsp horseradish salt & pepper
  • Flaked almonds

Method

  1. Blend milk & cheese.
  2. Add crab meat, onions, horseradish, salt & pepper.
  3. Pour into ovenproof dish, sprinkle flaked almonds on top.
  4. Bake for approx 20 mins at 180c fan assisted oven.
  5. Get dipping with crackers!! Perfect for a Christmas starter (or any occasion)
