- 30g butter
- fresh bunch of parsley,sage & thyme chopped
- teaspoon of oregano
- 1 large onion chopped
- shake of garlic powder/granules salt/pepper
- Melt the butter add the onion and herbs then pour into the breadcrumbs and combine well together.
- Taste for flavour and add a little more of the seasoning if required.
- Mum usually stuffs this inside the chicken but it will cook as well in a dish covered with foil.
