Ingredients
- Potatoes
- milk
- butter
- breadcrumbs
- onion
Method
- Boil Spuds , then mash add butter and milk.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Then add some breadcrumbs and raw chopped onion.
- Mould into balls the size of tennis balls..
- Cook in Oven for 40 mins.
- They go really well with Roast Chicken. It also helps to baste them with the juices from the chicken before cooking.
