Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • milk
  • butter
  • breadcrumbs
  • onion

Method

  1. Boil Spuds , then mash add butter and milk.
  2. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Then add some breadcrumbs and raw chopped onion.
  4. Mould into balls the size of tennis balls..
  5. Cook in Oven for 40 mins.
  6. They go really well with Roast Chicken. It also helps to baste them with the juices from the chicken before cooking.
