Beef Stroganoff
Beef Stroganoff, a popular dinner party recipe that is always a crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- Tail end beef fillet thinly sliced
- mushrooms
- garlic
- shallots
- cayenne pepper
- double cream
- white wine
Method
- Seal beef.
- Fry up mushrooms, garlic & shallots
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper on beef.
- Add to rest.
- Add wine boil, add cream simmer....to die for!!!!
