Lasagne By Deirdre Boland

Ingredients
- bacon lardons,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic,
- glass of red wine,
- tube of tomato puree,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- a teaspoon of basil,
- and a tin of chopped tomato,
- lasagne sheets, and
- four cheese sauce (available in lidl),
- grated cheese.
Method
- Once the meat is browned add a glass of red wine. Simmer until this has reduced off.
- Once the wine has reduced add in a full tube of tomato puree, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of basil, and a tin of chopped tomato.
- Simmer till cooked through.
- layer this with lasagne sheets, and four cheese sauce (available in lidl), top with grated cheese and bake.
