Ingredients
- 2lb of Minced Beef
- 1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Carrot (Finely Chopped & Boiled)
- 3 Beef Oxo Cubes
- 4 Large Potatoes (Peeled & Boiled)
- Bisto Gravy
- Worchester Sauce
- Olive Oil
- Real Butter
- Milk
Method
- 2. Add the Onion & Carrot with 4 tbls of Worchester Sauce.
- 3. Make some slightly thick Gravy and pour into pan with the Mince. Leave to simmer for 10 minutes stirring regularly.
- 4. Cream the Potatoes in a separate dish with Butter and Milk, giving a rich Creamy Mash.
- 5. Pour the Mince into a large deep dish & smooth the Potato, covering the entire dish.
- 6. Using a fork, scour the Potato & grill until the Potato is a light golden brown.
- 7. Cut into 2.5 Inch squares and serve with Broccoli and Honey Roast Parsnips.
