Ingredients
- 7oz smoked haddock or mackeral,
- 7 fl oz cream,
- 10 lg prawns,
- 2 lemons,
- fresh herbs and
- glass white wine,
Method
- place in roasting dish with the white wine + juice of 1 lemon,
- cook at 180c/gas 4. for 10/15 mins. use liquid on tray to make sauce with remaining cream,
- serve with baked potato.
