Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All Bran
  • 1 1/2 cups Self raising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Soak the sugar, ginger and raisins overnight in milk.
  2. Add beaten egg and flour and cook in lined tin at 190c for 1 1/2 hours
