Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All Bran
- 1 1/2 cups Self raising flour
- 1 1/2 cups raisins
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 egg
Method
- Soak the sugar, ginger and raisins overnight in milk.
- Add beaten egg and flour and cook in lined tin at 190c for 1 1/2 hours
