BEER BREAD - KEEP IT SIMPLE

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Method
- Bake total of 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
- After 30 minutes of baking, brush top with melted butter. Bake additional 10 minutes, tap on bottom, if it sounds hollow, remove from oven and cool.
- Mist bread a couple of times during baking, gives a really nice crunchy crust.
