Ingredients
- 7 oz butter
- 250g Marscapone Cheese
- 250g Cream Cheese
- Half Pint Cream
- 100ml of Natural Yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50g sugar
Method
- Add the melted butter and ginger biscuit crumbs together.
- Line the base of a spring bottom tin with the biscuit mix and place in the fridge.
- Whip together the cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, mascarpone & vanilla. in a separate bowl whip the cream Fold the two mixtures together.
- Remove the tin which you have lined with biscuit mix from the fridge and put the mascarpone mix on top. Sprinkle with coco powder and line the edges with fresh strawberries Cover and refridgerate overnight. Enjoy!
