Ingredients
- 300g Quality dark chocolate, broken into small pieces
- 3Tbs Golden syrup
- 200g Rich tea biscuits, crushed to very small pieces
- 100g Mini marshmallows
- 2tsp icing sugar to dust
Method
- Heat butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a heavy based saucepan over a gentle heat. When thoroughly melted and blended, scoop out 125ml and set aside.
- Add in biscuit crumbs into the chocolate in the saucepan and mix. add in marshmallows and stir in gently. Then scoop into 9in square pan and smooth evenly with a wet spatula.
- Pour over remaining chocolate mix and smooth evenly with a wet spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into 24 fingers and dust with icing sugar to serve.
