Smooth and creamy dessert can be garnished with any of your favourite fruit or dessert toppings.

- Base: Crush the digestives into crumbs, add in melted butter and brown sugar and press firmly into the bottom of an 8 inch, loose base, cake tin.
- Cake: Mix together all remaining ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth and creamy with no lumps and then spoon or pour over crumb base.
- Leave to set in fridges for at least 1 hour.
- Top with your chosen fruit or topping and serve.
