Lemon, Salmon & Thyme Pasta

Ingredients
- 450g/ 1lb penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 6 x salmon fillets, skinned and chopped into 1 inch square cubes
- 6 tablespoons Mary Berry's Lemon & Thyme Sauce
- grated zest of 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme finely chopped
Method
- 1. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the penne and cook for about 13 minutes or according to packet instructions until al dente.
- 2. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion, fry for a few minutes over a high heat, add the salmon pieces and cook over high heat for a few minutes. Stir and add lemon zest and fresh thyme.
- 3. Season to taste and serve immediately.
- Serving Suggestions: a green leaf salad mixed with Mary Berry's Salad Dressing and garlic bread.
