Curry, Mango and Yoghurt Dip

Try serving this tasty dip with your homemade chicken goujons.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp mango chutney
  • 2 Spring onions, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 125 g Greek-style yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon of mild curry powder
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until well blended
