Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients
- 500g Dark Chocolate (melted)
- 500g Butter (melted)
- 10 Eggs
- 10 Egg yolks
- 50g Sugar
- 250g Flour
Method
- Melted butter and coco powder to prepare Moulds
- Butter and coco powder moulds and set aside in fridge
- Mix eggs, egg yolks and sugar together till smooth
- Add melted butter to eggs and mix well
- Add chocolate to eggs and mix well
- Sieve in the flour through the chocolate mixture
- Fill the prepared moulds and chill
- Cook at 200c-220c for 8-10mins, turn out of mould and serve immediately.
