Ingredients

  • 500g Dark Chocolate (melted)
  • 500g Butter (melted)
  • 10 Eggs
  • 10 Egg yolks
  • 50g Sugar
  • 250g Flour

Method

  1. Melted butter and coco powder to prepare Moulds
  2. Butter and coco powder moulds and set aside in fridge
  3. Mix eggs, egg yolks and sugar together till smooth
  4. Add melted butter to eggs and mix well
  5. Add chocolate to eggs and mix well
  6. Sieve in the flour through the chocolate mixture
  7. Fill the prepared moulds and chill
  8. Cook at 200c-220c for 8-10mins, turn out of mould and serve immediately.
