Ingredients
- 1 kg x langoustines whole
- 3 x cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
Method
- 1. Blanch langoustines for 1 – 2 minutes depending on the size and allow to cool. Once cool cut in half and place on tray
- 2. finely chop garlic and add to olive oil and season
- 3. Drizzle the oil over the langoustines and place in an oven or under the grill to heat up.
- 4. Ready to serve with chop parsley
