Baked Potato Wedges seasoned with rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220C/fan200C/425F/gas 7.
  2. Cut potatoes into even, bite-sized wedges and place in a roasting tin. Drizzle over oil and toss together until potatoes are evenly coated in oil.
  3. Add garlic cloves and rosemary (if using) and bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring once until crisp and golden.
  4. Sprinkle with plenty of sea salt and black pepper just before serving.
