Potatoes Lyonnaise
Thinly sliced potatoes seasoned and baked with onions.

Method
- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, place a layer in the bottom of an ovenproof dish.
- Scatter over a third of the onions and drizzle with olive oil. Repeat the layers ending with a layer of potatoes.
- Pour over the stock and cook in oven 190C/fan170C/375F/ gas 5 for 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden.
