Roasted potatoes flavored with sprigs of rosemary. Ideally served with Chicken with lemon and thyme.

- Heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/ Gas Mark 6.
- Cut the potatoes into small chunks, put into a pan,cover with water, lightly salt, bring to boil and cookfor 5 mins. Drain well, then turn into a roasting pan,add the garlic, oil and spikes from 2 rosemarysprigs, mix them all together well. Bake for 35-40mins until crisp and golden. Lift into serving dish.
- Chop remaining spikes from rosemary, scatterover potatoes and serve.
