Banana Praline Pots
You can substitute orange juice for rum or sherry when it is called for in a recipe.

- Mix the whipped cream and custard together with the rum, setting aside a little of the cream for decoration.
- Fold the bananas and 25g of the crushed peanut brittle into the creamy custard mixture.
- Divide the mixture between four individual ramekins or small glasses. Top with a little of the reserved cream and sprinkle with the remaining peanut brittle.
- Chill for at least half an hour before serving.
