Brown Bread Ice Cream
This is a great way to pep up cheap vanilla ice cream. Crumbled honeycomb or chopped nuts and chocolate would be delicious too.

Level of Difficulty:Easy
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/ gas mark 4 and line and grease a bakingsheet.
- Put the brown bread into a food processor and blend to coarsecrumbs. Evenly spread the breadcrumbs on the baking sheet andsprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake until caramelised, turningoccasionally.
- Leave to cool, mix into the ice cream and freeze until ready to serve.
