Citrus Fruit Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 orange
- 1 blood orange
- 1 pink or ruby grapefruit
- 1 grapefuit
- 1 tsp cointreau (or grand marnier)
- Sugar Syrup
- 50g sugar
- 50ml water
Method
- 2. Add the lemon juice and zest while still warm. Set aside to cool and refrigerate.
- 3. Segment the citrus fruits using a small sharp knife, removing the peel, pith and skin.
- 4. Place the segmented fruit in a serving bowl. Stir in the liqueur and syrup.
- 5. Cover and chill until needed. Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
