Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1 orange
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 pink or ruby grapefruit
  • 1 grapefuit
  • 1 tsp cointreau (or grand marnier)
  • Sugar Syrup
  • 50g sugar
  • 50ml water

Method

  1. 2.    Add the lemon juice and zest while still warm.  Set aside to cool and refrigerate.
  2. 3.    Segment the citrus fruits using a small sharp knife, removing the peel, pith and skin.
  3. 4.    Place the segmented fruit in a serving bowl.  Stir in the liqueur and syrup.
  4. 5.    Cover and chill until needed.  Remove from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
