Pizzettes

These little free-form pizzettes are fun to make. Serve them with a green salad and a few spiced olives. The top left pizza uses this powerful syrupy recipe for caramelised garlic. Ingredients

  • For the Caramelised Garlic
  • 200g peeled garlic cloves
  • 300 mls balsamic vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil

Method

  1. Cook all the ingredients in a saucepan, uncovered, over a moderate heat, until the cloves are cooked and the vinegar is thick and syrupy.
