Sirocco's Italian Restaurant 2.0 star review: Dined here on a very cold Saturday night. The restaurant was full when we arrived so being sat next to the door would have been nice to have been told 2 hours before when we reserved. Anyway we decided to have the Mussels and the Funghi All’Aglio. The Funghi All’Aglio was nice but my Mussels was just awful. There was no seasoning or even any salt taste amazingly enough from the mussels and it was so far an effort from a garlic white wine sauce it was shocking. For mains we had the Linguine Dello Chef and the Sirloin Steak. The Linguine Dello Chef was not great and wasn't finished. The Steak was over on one half of it. Again no seasoning on the mains. Overall the food was poor with no seasoning. The service was appalling. We stood at the door for 3 minutes and staff just looked at us. Nobody asked us during our meal if everything was ok. When were leaving none made an effort to say goodbye. It was as if they didn't want our custom. Overall very poor and will definitely not return.

Sirocco's Italian Restaurant 5.0 star review: Went to this really popular restaurant in town for a celebration dinner with a few friends and had the most amazing night! Staff were so friendly and efficient. We tried some pastas, juicy steaks and their specials of fishcakes and monkfish.. Wow! House wines were really good and very reasonably priced and their home made tiramisu is to die for! Will be back again and again..

Sirocco's Italian Restaurant 3.0 star review: Sirocco's is hugely popular in town, but I am not sure why as I find it nothing beyond mediocre. It's the standard exported Italian fare dumbed down for the Irish palate. Service can range from non-chalant to absolutely wonderful, but the inconsistency of this place lets them down. Stick to the steaks!
