We stopped here on the way home recently. We were welcomed by an open fire, nicely arranged dining tables (very comfortable) and a very friendly waitress, but all within a pub atmosphere. Fairly standard menu with your typical pub grub, Nice alternative was a hot stone method of ordering/cooking your steak.. and at reasonable prices too. There were early bird specials to choose from also. We stuck to some homemade burgers with homemade fries (delicious), and spagetti with garlic bread. All great. Couldn't fault anything. Look forward to returning!

Very nice, tasty pub grub. Slightly on the expensive side but I enjoyed my chicken curry immensly and would go back.

Go here drinking a good bit and tried the new menu at the weekend. We both got curry as the smell of it was teasing us, it really smellt nice. I was a little dissapointed it just tasted a little to much like it was out of a packet but others I talked to loved it. Have had soup and sambos a few times and they are always really good the club sambo is lovely.
