Went here with 3 other people last Saturday, its a pub with a restaurant upstairs, it was busy downstairs, so they seated us upstairs which was nice, we didn't feel like sitting at the bar. We ordered pints when the waitress took our order & the Guinness duly arrived in plenty of time by the time our food arrived. We all went for burgers, the plain started off around 12 euros, and then they increased in value the more stuff that was added to them. Overall we all enjoyed the place, the toilets were up one flight of stairs, if you wanted another drink, you could go back downstairs, you're in the centre of town there anyway, so when you leave, you'll be spoiled for choice as to where to go. Would definetly recommend it.

I had the biggest burger I've seen in my life! It was very tasty but eventually had to resort to using a knife and fork it was so big. The place was very busy but we had no trouble getting a table and the service was attentive and friendly throughout. If I'm ever back in Mayo and want a nice reliable place to eat then I would definitely go here again.

Went here after reading reviews on menupages and it met all the standards. I rang saturday night at 8.30pm for a table for 2 for 9pm and the girl told us no problem to come on up. The atmosphere was good, quite busy and the restaraunt was very cosy. The the staff were friendly. The menu was quite good and had a lot to choose from. My husband ordered the BBQ bacon and cheese burger and I ordered a medium chicken curry with pilau rice and chips. We were both very impressed with the food, it was very tasty and the portions were huge. We were both stuffed after only eating a main course. The food is very reasonably priced too. We will definitely go back here when we visit Westport again.
