3.5 Torc Café and Food Hall 3.5 star review:
I agree with the last reviewer that some of the staff can be extremely sour. However, Torc has the best cappuccino I have ever had.
Their lunch time menu is also very good value with their paninis, wraps and their pizza menu which is nice and also affordable.
They usually do have a great selection of cakes and cookie as well as sweets, making it appealing for all the family. However it is more of a venue to meet a friend for lunch or a quiet coffee.

3.0 Torc Café and Food Hall 3.0 star review:
I stopped here for a coffee and cake when passing through Longford. There weren't many other customers in it at the time. The selection of cakes/buns on offer was really disappointing - it seems to be more of a sweet shop. The service was pretty bad - the lady behind the counter couldn't have been more sour if she tried. It seemed i was being a burden by ordering a coffee and asking for a receipt! I won't rush back.
