Hamptons Grill 4.0 star review: Chose here on the recommendation of a colleague. I found the service extremely badly structured. Seven different people appeared at the table during the evening. There was no proper continuity. When we were finished our main we straight away were asked if we wanted deserts. I declined however when we did partake in deserts we had only finished when a guy whipped the plates from under our noses. I felt rushed while eating here it was as if they wanted us out as quick as possible. This coupled with fact that I saw a manager scolding a pleasant server whilst in the view of diners left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Foodwise was this establishments saving grace we both loved our food that is with the exception of my raspberry tart which had a base as hard as a rock. The atmosphere was buzzing in this trendy eatery. Overall good value great food which was let down by extremely disordered service. I probably would not return again for this reason.

Hamptons Grill 2.0 star review: Lunch x 5 adults Sunday last, we were seated right away, pretty much in front of service area, where we spent entire meal listening to a chef screaming, so loudly we could not hear the backgfround music, and had difficulty hearing waitress. 2 of 5 statrters (chicken on skewers) we very overcooked, and uneaten(still got billed) one main only half eaten, again overcooked. Service good, but staff very busy adn all over the place. Food only ok in general and. I would have thought managment would want to know why food was being returned uneaten?? I cant understand why the noise level is not a cause for concern. Could not go back.

Hamptons Grill 5.0 star review: Had a family lunch here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had the caesar salad to start which was very tasty, followed by Bang Bang Chicken for mains which was divine. Baileys & Malteser cheesecake finished off the meal perfectly. The staff were excellent, esp as we had an 8 month old with us. There was no issues heating up food for the baby or going that extra mile to get her some strawberries. Would def recommend and will be back.

Hamptons Grill 5.0 star review: Ate here for Ladies Xmas Lunch. €15 for Starter, Main and Dessert which I think is great value. Mains were not smaller portions even thou it was Lunch time. Food was so tasty, everyone got different main courses and each were as nice as the next, everyone was happy. Presentation was nice aswell. Desserts looked small but looks can be decieving as could hardly finish mine :) Lovely atmosphere and staff were very helpful, teas and coffees offered for free aswell! Soup for starter is recommended and so is the Chicken with Rice for main!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!

Hamptons Grill 3.0 star review: we ate here on saturday night and found the food to be very good. the restaurant was busy throughout the evening but the management have poor planning when it comes to arranging various sittings. We were asked to move to the bar in the savoy nextdoor 1h 15m after we sat down due to a large party arriving and when the waitress brought our drinks to the hotel bar, there were no free seats and she left our glasses and said the barman would find us seating(which he didn't). poor management!!!

Hamptons Grill 5.0 star review: What a fabulous restaurant... We ate here last night for the first time as we were visiting friends in Limerick and could not fault the food, price, atmosphere or staff…
I had the duck rolls to start followed by the Italian Fish Stew… We ordered from the special value menu – 3 courses for €32… The fish stew was part of the overall specials menu but along side the extensive value menu you were also allowed to order any of the specials if you wanted… The right way to do a value menu…. The desserts are only €3 each but they are half the size hence half the price of regular desserts… a brilliant idea as often you are not able for a full dessert after two courses so this is ideal….
I couldn’t recommend this restaurant highly enough…

Hamptons Grill 5.0 star review: Myself and my two friends were here last nite, i hadnt been there before but it definately wont be my last visit. The nite was excellent, the food fantastic, i had steak cooked beautifully, my friends had a vegetarian dish which was equally fantantic. The service, the setting, the waiters/waitresses excellent also and for three courses, complimentry bottle of still and sparkling water and a bottel of white wine came to 89 euro. I cant recommend this restaurant highly enought. The menu is vast so I have no doubt that all visitors would find something to their satisfaction. Cant wait for the next visit

Hamptons Grill 4.0 star review: Visited there for the first time with my wife and children last weekend and was impressed with the restaurant. Food was good(my steak was cooked perfectly). Felt that each adult meal should in my opinion have had their own portion of veg. instead of sharing. Kids icecream portions were v.good. I felt that the adult cheesecake portion was very small tbh.Service was very good and staff were excellent. Children received a colouring book+pencils each which was a nice touch.
