Absolutely disgraceful service, waited 20 minutes for scone and cup of coffee, no butter or cream left for scone. Asked to see manager was told no manager on duty. three young staff members running place is not right and the place was also a mess, definately will not go back

I went to Cafe Noir yesterday for lunch. The service was absolutely appalling. This is my third visit to the restaurant, and each time I gave it another try. After yesterday I can safely say I will not be returning. Every single waitress looked so unhappy and one in particular was so rude to me, I asked her a question, and she simply walked away from me and got someone else to deal with it, then that waitress was quite condescending and unhelpful. My friend ordered the fish pie,and it was cold in the middle. all in all, waste of money and i came out of there in a bad mood.

Visited here on Sunday morning for breakfast and found it most disappointing. Service was deplorable the person serving me was having a conversation with another staff member over my head and took money from me with a pair of disposable gloves on. All of the tables appeared to be dirty even though there was no one sitting at them. I was given my coffee and proceed to a table even though it wasn’t clearly explained if I was to wait at the counter or what I should do. The food was very disappointing for €7.95 the breakfast consisted of two slices of bacon one sausage a tomato and to small slices of French stick that were suppose to be French toast but were just cremated and had obviously only got a look at the egg!! The coffee was the only decent thing that I was served from what I could see the place is a total disaster and very bad value for money.
