We broke our journey to Cork with a detour into Durrow and the Copper Kettle. The whole premises (toilets included!) were spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished in a 'country cottage' style, the seating area was however quite cold so we kept our jackets on! We had coffees, a tea, some fabulous fruitcake and a scone, everything was very tasty and had a lovely homecooked feel to it! Service was friendly and speedy. Definitely a place to consider on the road to Cork!

A basic no frills cafe style place which serves good quality comfort food. Had very good steak sandwiches with some of the best fries you will get anywhere between Dublin and Cork. Prices are very reasonable and staff friendly.
