Myself and my husband ate here on Sunday and it was great. I'm not normally a big fan of indian cuisine but this place won me over. We both had starters and main course, the Murg Bhaingan I had was really gorgeous. There wasn't great choice on deserts but we were too full to have them anyway! Including half bottle of wine, two beers and two 7ups our bill was €76 which we thought was very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Myself and 2 friends ate here a couple of weeks ago. We had starters, mains, rice & naan bread and lovely wine. Overall we were very happy with everything we got. I had onion bhajis for starters and while they were nice, I've had better. However, I had a veg jalfrezi for my main and it was delicious and very hot/spicy, the way I like it. My friends were also very happy with their options. They were a bit slow in bringing out some of the rice we ordered but otherwise, the service was good too. There were a good few people there which added to the atmosphere.
All in all, a very enjoyable night and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I eat a lot of Indian food and was in the country for 4 weeks late last year so it's good to be able to compare the restaurants here with the real thing in India and the jalfrezi I had compares favourably with the jalfrezis I got in India.

just back after visiting this restaurant tonight. We found it had dropped a lot. We had this as out no 1 Indian restaurant in KK but were somewhat more disppointed tonight. the atmosphere was lovely even though we were the only 2 eating in. Takaway busy. We ordered starters between us. The chicken was only gorg but they no longer give lettuce and onion on the plate. So the chicken was lonely looking on the plate. The mains were tasty enough but we had to return them to get them reheated, not at all as tasty as we would have alwaya got here. The Service was top. Always topped the water and friendly staff.

As a dedicated Indian foodie I was excited to try a restaurant that had come so highly recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. I went with my boyfriend on a Saturday night and they fit us in though we had no booking.The food was lovely and the staff were attentive and really friendly. Our main qualm was the CD playing the background music skipped repeatedly and at one point skipped for 5 minutes without a staff member noticing!
I ordered samosas to start while my boyfriend had the onion bhajis. Both were lovely but the mains were far better. My mushroom curry gorgeous, really tasty and not overly spicy. All in all we would recommmend this restaurant to any fan of indian food.

We (party of 2) went here for an early dinner and to be fair we were one of only 3 tables in the place so I can't really judge the atmosphere.
The food is excellent, one of the best Indians I've had. Service, despite the restaurant being quiet, was a little disappointing in that they forgot to bring out a repeated drink order but they were busy with takeaways so I suppose they were distracted. I'd have no problem in recommending this restaurant.

It was my first visit to this restaurant and I really enjoyed it. It was a group of 6 of us. It was very busy when we were there and were waiting at least 30 mins for our starters. However, the food was really good and I found it to be really good value also! Had the meat samosa for starters and chicken tikka for main, which were both good, however I didn't like the pilau rice.For the long long delay, the staff even gave us a couple of drinks on the house! I hope to return again!

returned to this restaurant this week and expectations were high due to my previous visit june 2010,i had a totally different experience this time the restaurant was busy with a lot of people coming in for takeaway the staff could not cope, we waited 25 mins for our starters i had a very small king prawn butterfly my hubby had the mixed starter again a very small serving ,we waited a further 30mins for our main meal i had chicken tikka bhuna my husband had a rogan josh again the portions a lot smaller then our previous visit which in this case proved a blessing as it was no where near a good as before ,i was very disappionted and will not be returning again i thought i had found a real indian restaurant in ireland but i was wrong !!

Could not get bettter Indian restaurant. Everything was A1. The food was out of this world, the poppedoms to the desserts. They staff have no problems in giving more when asked for. They are very helpful at explaining the menu and keeping the water topped up. The menu is very good value for money and would definately recommend it if Inidian is on your menu. The restaurant had a nice crowd and was a veryrelaxing atmosphere looking out at the passer bys. Looking forward to my next visit.
