Alannadale 5.0 star review: From the outside one wouldn't think much about this place. Inside its very nice. On the small side but comfy. Service was excellent, food was a delight and the value was excellent.
The one thing I noticed was nobody notice us leave so we weren't thanked but given the overall experience I didn't mind. I would return again.

Alannadale 5.0 star review: By far my favourite chinese restaurant. The place doesnt look much from the outside but one inside, you forget about where you are.. The place is great, the atmosphere is nice and the layout is really nice. The menu is amazing. I had salt and chilli chicken to start, then crispy honey chicken for main course. This is the only chinese i know that does this main dish. The staff are brilliant and service is excellent.

The sit in menu is huge with page after page of fabulous food.
The takeaway is big portions and overall the food is amazing.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The prices are very good and reasonable.
Will def continue to eat here.

Alannadale 3.5 star review: The previous owner of The Annadale in Lucan is now the proprietor of what's now called The Alannadale. We loved the Annadale so went along to see if all was the same as before and were glad to see that they were. Service was top notch (although it was quiet enough) and the food was very good. I did think though that it was a tad overpriced. Having been elsewhere in the city centre only a week ago, the price difference was noticable. (We got a great meal for 2 there at a very reasonable price) Wine too expensive but a good selection. Would call more often if there were some kind of specials going on

Alannadale 4.0 star review: I found it from menupages.ie before our plan to shopping a that ouelet shopping centre at that weekned. So was there with some friends when we done the shopping. It looked little different from the picture of menupages. But the food was great and we all love it.
It was very busy when we got there that time. But the service was good. Busy but not mess.

Alannadale 4.0 star review: Went last December as we heard it was under new management and decided to try. Nothing had changed really the food was still great the service was good. Would have liked to see some new ideas from the new management. We will go back again even if it is a little expensive.

Alannadale 3.0 star review: Went for dinner last Friday because I had heard this restaurant was under new management so was looking forward to trying their new menu. We arrived about 7pm and there was only a few in the restaurant which was only to be expected so I thought the service would be very swift but not so. It took a good while to order our wine and when we did we were taking our time looking at the food menu and were interrupted at least twice which really bothers me, I cant understand why waitresses want your food order immediately. We had the shredded chicked and yuk sung to start, then had the steamed scallops (which were completely tasteless) and the prawn churn bo which in fairness was quite nice. Had 2 expressos to end our meal which I thought were quite expensive( 6 euro). Overall it was quite nice but I thought as it was under new management the prices would be a little cheaper and the service would be a lot better.

Alannadale 5.0 star review: Had an absolutely fantastic night here, a group of 12 of us went. we all went for the early bird option, plenty of choice and they were happy to include menu items not on the early bird for anyone who wanted to do so! starters were huge and delicious, mains the same, service was excellent and so attentive, we never seemed to run out of water or prawn crackers :) most of the group were driving but for those who werent the house red and white went down a treat (not sure of the price) for dessert we all ordered off the a la carte menu, even so with 12 desserts, assorted teas, coffees and lattes etc the bill only came to €312 excellent value i have to say and they even threw in a complimentary drink for us all at the end. Most enjoyable night and i will definitely be back, compliments to the staff and to the chef!!! :D
