My friend and I were just hoping to pick up take-away on the friday - & because my friends partner doesn't eat Indian food I thought i'd take her somewhere with Indian cuisine seeing as we were having a girls only night. When we went in we went to order & the manager asked us if we'd like to sit in, maybe sample some other dish as well as what we ordered. We were asked by the chef himself how hot we like our food, mild medium or hot and off he went. We were presented with a feast of flavour a shor time after. The food was fabulous - i couldn't falt it... & I'm a fussy eater! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young waitress who served us the indian tea after the food. The restaurant itself was quiet but we were in early in the evening, the interior was well designed and was warm. Price wise it was good too. This place definately ticks all the boxes, & i've been disapointed by other places recently. Thank you so much to the staff and i'll definately be back again... especially since we now know that they do simple plain dishes that will suit my friends partner.

We went to Jaipore Indian Restaurant on the recommendation of a friend so we were fairly unsure of what to expect. We were absolutuely blown away by the ENTIRE experiance. From the minute we walked through the door to the moment we left, we received the most courteous and delightful attention from the staff which was very unintrusive. This can be serious lacking in an awful lot or restaurants these days but Jaipore has it in bucket loads.Other restaurants could do well to visit and learn how to do right. And I havent even got to the food yet!!! OH MY GOD!! The chef, is an absolute genius!! We had decided before we arrived that we would go for the Early Bird menu which has an ample choice but we had a look at the main menu and decided to go with that instead. At this time, Chef came out and introduced himself and welcome us to the restauant( lovely touch!!) At this point he told us that a lot of his regulars usually just let him know what meat they like and wether they prefer their food mild medium or hot in spice and then they leave it in his hand so we decided to do the same instead of ordering the same old bhunas- and boy did we get a banquet in return for our trust- ABSOLUTELY THE BEST INDIAN MEAL WE HAVE EVER EATEN!!!!!!. Chef @ Jaipore you are my hero!!!!! I would never have ever ordered a vindaloo curry before such is its reputation but oh my god it has religated my favorite bhuna to a very distant memory, it wasnt hot but it had a lovely warm spice to it, very morish and the lamb just melted in your mouth. In fact every dish had something very special about them.Starters were superb! VERY REASONABLE PRICED!! We will definately be back and we will bring as many people as we can to and introduce them to the Jaipore Experiance. If you are looking for the best Indian meal in Kildare then you wont find anything that even comes close to Jaipore. Well done to the entire staff. We will see you all very soonl

This is a nice little restaurant, tucked away down a side road in Newbridge. We had to ring for directions due to our bad navigational skills but the manager stayed on the line until we found it, so helpful. I got Onion Bhaji to start, which was lovely, not greasy at all, which I find in some other Indian places to be the case. I got Butter Chicken as a main course and I was only short of picking the plate up and licking it afterwards....only for the fact that I could almost literally feel the pounds attaching to my waistline, I'd eat it regularly. We got a bottle of house white, which was lovely, went down very easily. I've gotten a take away from Jaipoor since eating in the restaurant and found the Butter Chicken a lot hotter this time, I couldn't eat it,so I'd ask for it mild if you're at all sensitive to heat! I'd recommend eating here, for small groups. The service was excellent, the manager was so pleasant, though I got a little shock with the bill but it was worth it for the food and service. A lovely evening was had by all.
