Stonechat Cafe and Restaurant 5.0 star review: Fantastic. We ate there early in the evening on a busy sat night. WE were not rushed or anything. Food was mouthwatering. I had a steak well done but you would not need a steak knife it was that tender. My friend had the vegatarian option and it just looked glorious. Across the board for the group (4 of us) had fantastic starters, maincourse and desserts were fantastic. would definately go back loads more time and still have loads to choose from. Well worth it for value. Service was attentive but not overpowering. Would highly recomend it.

Stonechat Cafe and Restaurant 4.5 star review: Our original restaurant choice was closed so we thought we would give Stonechat a try. The place was very busy, which is usually a good sign, and happy to say that the service didn't suffer because of this.
We only had main dishes as it was quite late in the evening, lamb, fish and stew were all good and the overall atmosphere excellent. Will certainly return when next in Killarney.

Stonechat Cafe and Restaurant 4.0 star review: Had a light lunch here. My friend had the stir-fried vegetables with rice which she said was delicious - very light and very nicely flavoured. I chose the Chicken Caesar Salad. This was also very tasty...until I got to the bottom of the bowl where there was a rib of hair. NOT nice. However, the waitress was most apologetic and nice about it and didn't want to charge for the salad. At least she acknowledged the problem!! I will return sometime...

We enjoyed good food at Stonechat on our recent visit to Killarney. Lamb, beef and stew were full of flavour, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Service was good too, considering how busy they were.
Happy to recommend it to all.

Stonechat Cafe and Restaurant 4.5 star review: Really nice healthy eats if you don't feel like eating stodgy food. We came here before a big hike. The menu has good healthy choices for veggie and meat eaters. We both got a hummus plate with pita bread and a gorgeous big salad with nuts and loads of veg. Really tasty good food and very friendly staff
