The Castlegates 4.0 star review: Was staying in the hotel & dinner was included. The restaurant was quite nice but some background music would have been nice. There was music in the corridors and in the bar drowning out the television but alas not in the restaurant. We could have done with some music to cover the noise from another diner who had an opinion on everything but knew nothing. There were a lot of waiting staff but they spent their time noisily getting the tables ready for breakfast. The set menu was very limited but we managed to get enough to eat to satisfy us. It was good value for money.
