Veered off the main road home to have a late lunch here as we had heard so much about it. The location is wonderful and on a clear sunny day it was a dream come true. We walked about for a while to build up an appetite and then partook of some smoked salmon and brown bread with a lemon twist. The ambiance of the place grabbed us from the moment we set foot inside the door. A little expensive but it is a tourist attraction so it was worth the bit extra for the experience, We lingered and truly enjoyed it all.

I was here one afternoon last week. Such a nice place to chill out at on a sunny day, with a seafood platter, some oysters, guinness, chocolate torte and a cup of tea... It took a while for the food to come out of the kitchen, since we were the only ones dining there, but it was well worth the wait. :) Friendly staff Recommended

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Galway and it was lovely. I remember calling here before and been unable to get a seat but while it was busy enough to create an atmosphere it was not over crowded. The service was efficient and the food was really delicious. it was worth the detour off the motorway to enjoy a nice lunch.
