Wow, the food here is amazing... we stayed in the suites for 2 nights and from start to finish it was fabulous... They leave a tray with your breakfast in the porch area so you can have it when you wish. On the tray were freshly baked brown bread and scones, muesli, yogurts, parma ham & cheese, boiled eggs, fresh fruit & orange juice. We had butter, jams and milk in the fridge and could make tea and coffee in the suite. We also had a packed lunch for our walk around the island... goats cheese and roasted vegetables with green and pomegranate salad and a bar of green and blacks chocolate... yummy!! Dinner was one of the best I've ever had... had worked up a good appetite during the day. Periwinkles to nibble on. I had a crab and manago salad to start which was delicious and Lobster for main course, both caught that day off the island. Potatoes freshly dug that day. Dessert was a beautiful chocolate tart. The restaurant was full the night we were there, a Tuesday in August. I would thoroughly recommend the island and a visit to Inis Meain Sseomrai So. You will enjoy it!
