Owner and founder Charlie Chan initially opened his doors to the people of Galway at his original premises on Shop Street in Galway city centre. It was at this premises with its water features, koi fish tanks and overlooking the heart of Galway city that Charlie and his team set the standards for serving top quality Chinese food to customers new and old.

Visted here on a Friday night while on a weekend trip to Galway. The restaurant is set in a modern building on the first floor with panaromic views of the sea and over to the Burren. The staff were very friendly and made recommendations about which dishes to have etc. There is a good three course value offer for EUR 28.00 We ordered various dishes and then shared between us. There was also a good selection of international beers. For starters we shared Goats Cheese parcels which were delicious along with Spring Rolls. For mains it was a house tandori chicken curry, a green prawn curry and a sizzling duck dish. All were of a very high standard. For dessert then they stocked movenpick swiss ice cream which was delicious!

I really like this Chinese restaurant for a meal out as the atmosphere is really relaxed and staff are really friendly. They do a great 2 course meal midweek with a glass of wine for €20 which is great value as the portions are huge and the food really tasty.I had the prawns in Black bean sauce which was lovely served with noodles. The prices outside of the set menu can be quite expensive up to €22 for a curry which is a bit much!

Beautiful views of the sea from your table, really nice subtle coloured interior and very friendly staff.
