Really nice and reasonable food. Service was prompt but a little abrupt, bordering on rude.

good food have eaten here a few times as well as ordered take away.. service is not the best nor is the the wine selection. o and dont order a espresso after your meal they only have black coffee. there is great value on th eearly bird during th eweek, other than that it is a little pricey for takeaway. but i cannot say a bad word about the food always very nice.

Ate here on a Saturday evening.Quite a small space, but the service was very good, staff very friendly and quick to get a drinks order off us as soon as we sat down. Had the best buttered chicken dish ever here and the Naan breads were fantastic. We enjoyed it so much we took home a take away menu and ordered from here a week later!!

The WORST Indian meal we have both ever eaten! We just ate from here, I had the chicken tikka masala which tasted disgusting! It was more than void of flavour, it actually turned my stomach. I had to stop eating it. There was no sign of any spices at all or flavouring. It tasted like cheap watered down ketchup over chicken. My other half also had to stop eating his "special" lamb kasturi curry because it also turned his stomach and he never leaves food behind. He felt it was a bland, thick goo with no sign of corriander, ginger or garlic at all. I would strongly recommend that people spend their money else where and it was definitely a first and last time we'll ever eat from Kasturi in Lucan.

I am a regular visitor of this restaurant and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The food is top class and the service is fantastic. The Sunday lunch menu is not to be missed @ €9.95 for a mixed starter with naan, main course with rice and veg and icecream, tea/coffee - super value!

This restaurant came recommended, so maybe the expectations were a little high. However, was fairly disappointed. The food was just OK. Definitely had better in many other Indian restaurants. The early bird menu was definitely very limited, and un-interesting. The a la carte had better choice, but nowhere near the ranges that others offer. But what really dragged this experience down was the service. Rarely have I come across such apathy and disinterest in customers. It was borderline rude in my opinion. It was a quiet Thursday evening, so nobody was rushed off their feet. There was no excuse for not making any effort to be courteous and pleasant. Will not go back.

I just got a takeaway here and found that the tandoor starter was very nice but the main courses (sauces) were very bland and didn't seem like they were made from scratch. Prices were ok and service was fine but an Indian has to be judged by its curries I would think.

Been here a few times food is good but not to keen on the staff . Dont sit inside the door if the restaurant is quite as the staff stand at the counter and it feels like they are watchin you eating. Sometimes they are more interested in answering the phone than looking after the tables.
