Honestly cannot fault this restaurant - have eaten here many times and every time it jst gets better,
We had the INSALATA DE L'ANGOLO to start and it was FAB
I had a pasta dish for my main and it was good but my husband had the SPIGOLA (seabass ) for his main and it was OMG a little bit of magic and i aint a person for fish but i would order this dish, truely fabulous,
Def worth a visit and value for money is definatly to be had here,

Lovely place to eat! We went to the Italian Corner last Saturday evening and the place was very busy. We didn't have a reservation but the pretty young woman, whom seem to be in charge of the place found us a lovely table by the window.
There was three of us and we all had pizzas and a bottle of Italian wine which our hostess recommended , although expensive at over 30 euro , was worth the extra money.
We didn't stay long, but we enjoyed the food, atmosphere and great service!

We went here on the last Sat night in March and the place was buzzing!
However, the restaurant wasn't noisy, if anything the musician playing ensured the ambiance was both relaxed and yet uplifting :) We both had starters (fresh crispy salad, juicy chicken, pine nuts etc and a platter of various pieces of deep fried fish cooked beautifully) and both were scrumptious. I had a dreamy pasta dish (no problem changing the type of pasta I wanted either) and my partner had the salmon, fresh veg and baby potatoes again no faults here - only empty plates!!!
Best pasta I've had in Dublin since the 1990's! We will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant, staff not in your face which is nice and food was gorgeous. Nice views of the street so great for people watching. Was nice and quiet when we went. Bruschetta was gorgeous and the pizza was lovely if a bit cheesy. Was more expensive than I expected though although it was worth it. Would visit again, if just for the bruschetta and people watching.

The food was very good and it was busy for a Wednesday night which says a lot about the quality of the food. I found the starter a bit expensive for what i got but none the less it was delicious.
The mains tasted greatbut dont get a pizza unless you like cheese as its put on thick.
All in all its would be a good start to any night out in Temple Bar.

This was the third time we have gone to The Italian Corner on a menupages deal.
I cannot fault the food for the quality/price. I had the prawns to start with which were big and juicy and plentiful, cooked in an abundance of crispy garlic bits in butter. It comes with peppery rocket which is the perfect accompaniment. My vegetarian partner had the grilled veg with fresh crispy ciabatta, olives etc. It was a lovely selection and not from a jar as sometimes these selections can be. He had the pizza florentina which was again crispy, cheesy and the egg just about perfect in the middle. We like to think we know our Italian pizza and this was right up there. I had the steak with rosemary potatoes and portobello mushrooms. It was perfect and the steak just fab. ( I took half home for a salad the next day as I couldn't have it go to waste, it was so good). We had a decent bottle of Merlot for €24.
The staff are pleasant and the service attentive and prompt, asking if all was ok etc.
The only let down is the decor. It is very tired and outdated and needs a good face lift. It also can be a bit noisy if you are sitting near the service area as the acoustics are poor, so the ambiance suffers.
All in all it is great quality food at this price and fantastic if you have a menupages offer.

This is my 3rd visit to the Italian Corner. My partner and I had a lovely evening. The staff were very helpful regarding our requested seating and the menu. Sevice was excellent and food fantastic. Unfortunately, we were too full to have a dessert. For 2 starters, 2 main course, 2 glasses of wine and 2 coffees to finish it was superb vaule. As a result, I have made a further booking for 10 work colleagues in March.

Thoroughly enjoyed the food here last night. We booked for 6p.m. on a Thursday so not a good time/day for gauging atmosphere.. We had the ANTIPASTO MISTA (C) and the BRUSCHETTA MISTA (V). Both were really delicious. We had the Salmon and TAGLIATELLE CON PANCETTA for our mains. Clean plates all round. The pancetta made my dish quite salty, but that is to be expected. We had a menupages voucher which made it great value. I think I would have found it to be a bit pricey otherwise. Would definitely recommend the food. Service was good and very friendly.

I LOVE this place! Go fairly regularly with friends, and we always go for the early bird at only 21.95 for 3 courses, that gets you your choice of anything on the a la catre, with a small supplememt for steak. I always go for the antpasti platter which is cured meats, cheeses and olives, just gorgeous. The seabass is fab, as are their pizzas, and desserts are gorgeous, especially tirimasu. They never rush you out the door, as some places can do when youre on early bird. Lovely views of Millenium Bridge. Thoroughly reccomended!
